The Zoller Flash (TMS) tool management system is an optional tool tracking and tool management program that provides users with enhanced data gathering capability. Flash (TMS) accurately tracks tool usage and tool location using QR code labelled tool holders and the data interface between a Zoller unit and the CNC machines it supports. Flash (TMS) data can be used to notify users when it is time to dress or EDM tools. As more tool usage history is collected, users gain additional insight and the ability to apply this data to multiple business purposes such as: forecasting future tool consumption, estimating when new tools will be needed, tool consumption by machine, tool consumption by user and much more.
