The classic Aardwolf lifter with rollers combines Aardwolf’s original locking system with two support rollers that safeguard the top edge of the slabs during lifting, and they also permit manual centering by hand. Simply lower the lifter onto the desired slab and pull the string to release the locking latch, the lifter will engage the slab with a solid grip, as the load is lifted. The unique slim profile and design of the Aardwolf lifter requires only minimum material movement to engage and secure the slab. Also, because the angle of engagement is generally below the over-balance angle, operator danger is minimized. The Aardwolf Lifter has a superior force-multiplying factor of approximately 2.5 to 1, and is designed with a rubber jaw coating to prevent chipping and scratching. The clamping mechanism is on the front of the slab which allows easy access and positioning of slabs.
- Has a force-multiplying factor of approximately 2.5 to 1
- Side rollers protect the top edge of slabs and allow manual centering
- Because the clamping mechanism is to the front of the slab, they allow panels to be placed close against walls
- Requires only a small movement of the slab to engage and grip the slab
- Cast aluminum construction for strength and reduced weight
- White non-marking rubber
